YOGA CLASSES

Yoga classes COMING SOON. Please check back for schedule and location

 

All Yoga classes are available to the public at Open Table Sanctuary.  There are no memberships or fees, just pay by the class. 

 

Classes are for all skill levels, with a focus on catering to beginners and underserved populations.  At Open Table, it is my passion to share the healing benefits of yoga with those that typically wouldn't consider yoga. Whether you are overweight, a senior, or non-flexible, Open Table provides a safe and caring class for all.  Open Table believes yoga should be accesible to all, so classes are priced much lower than typical yoga studios.

My classes are instructed in the Sampoorna yoga philosophy. Sampoorna yoga is a holistic yoga that incorporates mind, body and spirit. It is truly a different experience and a more comprehensive yoga than most classes available that are focused solely on physical fitness. Yoga is a way of life, and my classes incorporate all aspects of your life, not just the physical. 

Class size is limited to 12 people.  Please bring yoga mat, bolster/pillow/blanket and water to class. If you are new to yoga or can't bring your own, mats and pillows are available at Open Table for free. Just bring yourself and be ready to relax!
