Adult INDIVIDUAl COUNSELING
I use a multitheoretical approach when counseling, with a focus on Ecotherapy and Holistic Wellness. Let's meet for a hike on a local trail, meet at the greenway for a jog, or just sit and have a relaxing session at a park. Counseling outside of an office can more easily offer the full benefits of Ecotherapy and Whole Body Wellness. Sessions are tailored to client needs and can involve hiking, exploring, hands on activities, exercise or even site clean-up.
I believe in whole wellness.....through the centering of mind, body and spirit. I take a holistic approach in working with clients and believe that restoring the client's relationship to nature can have pivotal effects on the healing of the self. We will explore not only your emotional health, but your physical and spiritual health so you can thrive in all aspects of your life.

ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS WELCOME
SESSIONS WILL BE OUTDOORS AT A LOCAL PUBLIC TRAIL
Each Session will include:
Total of around 3 miles of hiking (no experience needed)
Mindfulness and Meditation Exercises
GROUP SIZE LIMITED TO 10
$150 paid in advance for full 6-week series

full day excursions
Group MBE hikes are available during select Saturdays throughout the year. Group hiking trips are all inclusive full day events. Trips include a select hike at a local state park or other natural area, group/ individual meditation and mindfulness work, yoga, and a shared meal. Group hikes provide renewal and rejuvenation from daily stress and routine.

public hiking events
Several wellness hiking groups will be available soon. Groups will meet at specified trail. Each hike we will work on a lesson to include mindfulness work , yoga, or other self reflection activity. Total time will be 1- 2 hours.
